This intake requires a 2zz swap with the matrix/corolla intake manifold. An aftermarket ECU using a MAP sensor instead of the stock MAF sensor is required as well, as this product has a 3" intake tube from the filter to the throttle body which does not accommodate the MAF. The filter chamber packages right in front of the stock battery location and requires a very slight re-taping of the wire harness to fit. The intake tube features an 1/8" npt bung for an intake air temperature sensor. The ducts are 3d-printed from carbon-reinforced nylon and the mounting hardware from 1/16in 6061 aluminum to minimize weight. As a result, the entire intake (from the side vent to the throttle body) weighs just 3.2lbs.
